Victorine de Milliano is a Researcher for the Access to Medicine Index. Before taking on this role, she worked as a Research Assistant in the Strategy team of the Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Victorine supported advocacy work and research on global migration at the Humanitarian Affairs Department of Médecins Sans Frontières Holland. She also supported policy research at the Bureau of the Dutch National Rapporteur on Trafficking in Human Beings and Sexual Violence.
She holds an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (cum laude) from the Amsterdam University College, where she majored in International Relations.
