Vanessia Owusu-Ansah serves as a Company Engagement Officer at the Access to Medicine Foundation, overseeing the Foundation's relationship with essential healthcare companies. Her role involves fostering relationships with these companies, driving opportunities for change and identifying new partners aligned with the overarching mission of enhancing access to medicine in resource-constrained environments.
Vanessia began her career in the digital healthcare industry as a Market Access Associate at easee, an online eye testing company. While at easee, she developed toolkits to assist the team’s engagement in implementing the technology in the clinical pathway for cataract treatment. Prior to joining the Foundation, Vanessia worked at Zipline, an aerial logistics company focused on improving access to healthcare products and services at the last mile. She served as the lead solutions partner to expand the breadth and depth of Zipline solutions across Africa.
Vanessia holds a master’s degree in Health Economics from the Erasmus University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana.
