Before joining the Foundation, Tiphaine served as a consultant for the WHO research project focused on strengthening R&D systems in low- and middle-income countries. She also worked as a Communication Officer for Better Cotton and an Academic Associate in Public Diplomacy at the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York.
Tiphaine holds a Master’s degree in International and Development Studies, specialising in Global Health, from the Graduate Institute of Geneva (IHEID). Her master’s thesis, based on the 2022 Access to Medicine Index, explored internal governance strategies in the pharmaceutical industry to enhance access to medicines and create meaningful impact. During her studies, she completed a six-month internship at Geneva’s public hospital, supporting its ESG team in implementing and monitoring the hospital’s sustainability strategy.
