As Executive Director of the Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network (EPN), Richard has driven regional expansion across the 28 EPN’s members countries in Africa through strategic growth initiatives, development of innovative tools, assessment frameworks and policy guidelines to strengthen health supply chains and pharmaceutical management. A passionate trainer and advocate, he has initiated the development of online courses for thousands of healthcare workers in hard-to-reach health facilities and actively promotes the role of faith-based organisations in ensuring access to quality medicines.Â
Richards aims to improve access to quality, affordable healthcare services. His leadership and expertise continue to empower health systems across Africa, contributing significantly to global efforts to improve healthcare access and equity.Â
Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration, alongside other certifications in humanitarian logistics, leadership and management.Â
