Lily Bird is a Researcher at the Foundation, contributing to evaluations of company pipelines and portfolios across programmes. Her work supports analyses of both R&D and product delivery in multiple research areas.
She has practiced in both primary and secondary care settings, and whilst doing so completed the Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway from the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education and earned a certificate in General Pharmacy Practice (Hospital Pharmacy) from the University of Kent.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked in the certificates team at the European Medicines Agency, supporting health authorities outside the European Union in authorising both human and veterinary medicines.
Lily holds a Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Brighton and completed her training as a pharmacist at East Sussex Healthcare Trust (ESHT).
