This report is the third and final in a series of three reports that chart the development of the AtM Index. The report documents the results of the final consultation phase and presents an analytical framework that forms the foundation for the first AtM Index benchmark assessment, due in spring 2008.

The AtM Index will be the first attempt to turn research from academic, business and NGO communities into an evaluation of company performance. The list of Criteria, Indicators, Metrics, and Weightings will be used as a means of assessing companies’ management of ATMs and will result in an explanatory ranking of 20 companies. The list of companies will most likely include both generic and originator companies in the healthcare sector.
