Date

14 December 2022

DATE

Wednesday, 14 December

LOCATION

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Johann Kolstee, Research Programme Manager for Medical Oxygen, Diagnostics & Vaccines at the Access to Medicine Foundation, has been invited to speak at gasworld's 2022 MENA (Middle East/North Africa) Gas Conference. This event brings together medical gas companies and other key medical oxygen stakeholders to discuss, among a wide range of topics, security of supply issues in the MENA region.

As a speaker at the conference, Johann will have the unique opportunity to engage with attendees in a session focused on medical oxygen and security of supply. Johann will share insights on how the Access to Medicine Foundation works to drive increased access to healthcare products, specifically looking at key issues in expanding access to medical oxygen in low- and middle-income countries, and the role medical gas companies can play in bridging access to this lifesaving treatment.

Robert Matiru, Director of the Programme Division at Unitaid, will also be speaking at this session.
