Our collaborative culture underpins everything we do – from desk-based research and data analysis to roundtable discussions, workshops and expert meetings with global healthcare firms. We celebrate each other’s successes and stimulate one other to grow and learn with every new challenge. With a strong commitment to wellbeing, the Foundation strives to offer an empowering, motivating work environment where team members have everything they need to thrive and develop in their roles.

Our values

  • Independent: We maintain an impartial, neutral identity that is distinct from any one stakeholder or funders.

  • Credible: We provide credible information, insight and recommendations that our stakeholders can rely on.

  • Solution-oriented: We identify practical and realistic solutions that can lead to measurable change for people in low-and middle-income countries.

  • Collaborative: We engage in active discussion with a diverse range of parties to build broad consensus.

Diversity and inclusion

Driving sustainable change for people around the world means cultivating consensus between many different parties. For that to happen, it is essential that we always bring a diversity of voices and experiences to the table. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone’s perspective is valued, and individual differences are celebrated.

The Foundation currently employs around 50 people spanning 20 different nationalities, with women holding key positions at all levels of the organisation.
