Access to Medicine Foundation to present Progress Report on Investor Action on AMR at 2022 PRI Conference

Monica Thomas and Bram Wagner, both Investor Engagement Officers at the Access to Medicine Foundation, will be attending the 2022 PRI in Person Conference, where they will have the opportunity to engage with investors, policymakers and other sustainable finance stakeholders from around the world.
As part of this year’s event, Monica and Bram will join a PRI Side Event focused on “Investor Action on Health” to present findings from the 2022 Progress Report on Investor Action on AMR. The Report will be published on 21 November by the Access to Medicine Foundation and the FAIRR Initiative, with contributions from PRI and the UK Government’s Department of Health and Social Care.
About Investor Action on Antimicrobial Resistance
The Investor Action on Antimicrobial Resistance (IAAMR) initiative was launched on 23 January 2020, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, by the Access to Medicine Foundation (ATMF), the FAIRR Initiative, Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and the UK Government’s Department of Health and Social Care.
The first Progress Report on IAAMR sets out the importance of including AMR as a responsible investment metric and highlights what signatories have achieved in this regard since 2020, as well as opportunities going forward.
