Nikoletta holds a BSc in Psychology with a major in Communications, as well as an MRes in Social Psychology. Her academic interests focus on the intersection of the social and clinical aspects of health and well-being, particularly mental health, with a focus on underserved and underrepresented communities.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Nikoletta worked for five years in a range of research and project management roles. Her experience includes working as a researcher and project manager at a consulting firm in Athens, as a researcher in Behaviour and Global Health at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and on community-based European projects.
