Bram Wagner is Investor Engagement Manager at the Access to Medicine Foundation, where he leads the Foundation’s engagement with the global investment community. He works with institutional investors and asset owners to support the integration of access-to-medicine considerations into investment and stewardship processes.
Since joining the Foundation in 2022, Bram has helped develop the Access to Medicine Collective Investor Engagement initiative and strengthen dialogue between investors and pharmaceutical companies. His work focuses on the business case for expanding access to medicine in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), including how access-related factors can inform risk assessment, growth opportunities and long-term value. He also works on connecting impact measurement, such as patient reach metrics, with investment analysis to support investors in assessing companies’ access-to-medicine performance alongside financial performance.
Bram is a pharmacist by training and holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Utrecht University. His research at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation focused on measuring access to medicine for children in LMICs. He also holds the CFA Institute Sustainable Investing Certificate.
