Will the medical oxygen industry learn a lesson from COVID-19?
Andrew Green, writing for Devex on access to medical oxygen, spoke to the Foundation's Marijn Verhoef and Emma Cahuzac. The Foundation released a report in April looking at what gas companies are doing to expand access to their life-saving product.

The article looks at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how it drew attention to fragile or nonexistent supplies of medical oxygen in some low- and middle-income countries.
However, as explained by Marijn Verhoef, the underlying issue has been there for years: “Now everyone understands the issue of lack of access, what it means not to have access.”
