The Access to Medicine Foundation joins the World EPA Congress 2026

The Access to Medicine Foundation will return to the World Evidence, Pricing, and Access (EPA) Congress Europe 2026 in Amsterdam. Marcello Britto, Company Engagement Officer at the Foundation, will speak in a panel to share strategies and examples of how key stakeholders can improve access.

The World Evidence, Pricing and Access (EPA) Congress brings together over 1,500 industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to examine market access, rare diseases, pricing, and other global health priorities. With 250 speakers across 10 tracks, it offers a platform attendees to discuss reimbursement, affordability and healthcare innovation.

The Access to Medicine Foundation will participate in the 2026 edition in Amsterdam, engaging with key stakeholders to advance conversations on healthcare access and pharmaceutical accountability. 

Marcello Britto, Company Engagement Officer at the Foundation, will speak in a panel, ‘Industry and government collaborations for market access to lower and middle income countries,’ on the first day of the event.

Other panellists will include:

  • Lorenzo Montrasio, Secretary General, VolRethics (Moderator)

  • Anh Bourcet Nguyen, International Director, Government Affairs and Policy, Rare Diseases, AstraZeneca

  • Sandra Rose, Head of Market Access & Public Affairs, Chiesi

  • Kavita Kachroo, Chief Operating Officer/ Scientist-E, Kalam Institute of Health Technology

Marcello will discuss where companies can focus their efforts to overcome barriers to expanding access, highlight effective incentives governments can implement and share examples of successful public-private partnerships.
