About the event
The Medicine Patent Pool (MPP) will be hosting a launch event for its 2023-2025 Strategy. The event will be attended by a range of experts in the field of public health and will include panel discussions for each of the five goals contained within the strategy.
Jayasree will join the panel focused on Goal 3: Facilitate development and access to novel medical technologies. She will speak alongside experts from the Nombeko Mpongo Desmond Tutu Health Foundation, the World Health Organization and the Government of India.
Jayasree will discuss biotherapeutics and their emerging importance in the treatment landscape and challenges involved in expanding access.
