Moy Bracken and Lily Bird to guest lecture for I3h’s Interdisciplinary Program in Healthcare Innovation

Moy Bracken, Research Unit Manager and Lily Bird, Researcher at the Access to Medicine Foundation will guest lecture, for a segment titled “Progressing towards UHC: How to mobilise the pharmaceutical sector on access to medicines”, which will focus on universal health coverage (UHC), a UN Sustainable Development Goal.
Moy and Lily will discuss how the pharmaceutical industry plays a critical role in improving access to medicines and advancing universal health coverage. The session will also highlight the role of the Access to Medicine Foundation in mobilising pharmaceutical companies, while sharing key insights from our research findings.
This marks the tenth edition of the Interdisciplinary Program in Healthcare Innovation, which features interactive sessions led by experts from academia, public health organisations, private companies and patient representatives.

Hosted by the Institute for Interdisciplinary Innovation in Healthcare (I3h), the Interdisciplinary Program in Healthcare Innovation is designed to prepare higher education students specialising in different aspects of global health to address the evolving challenges of delivering effective patient care. Sessions are led by experts from academia, public health organisations, companies and patient representatives.
