Jayasree K. Iyer to give a keynote speech on access to biologics in London
On 27 April, Jayasree K. Iyer, Executive Director of the Access to Medicine Foundation, will address the 16th Biosimilar Medicines Conference in London.The goal of the conference is to bring together global healthcare stakeholders, regulators, officials and pharmaceutical industry leaders to discuss the role of biosimilar medicines.

Jayasree will talk about access to biologic medicines in low- and middle-income countries, regulatory mechanisms and the role of the pharmaceutical industry in making biosimilars more accessible to those who need them. She will also present the Access to Medicine Foundation’s research into pharmaceutical company actions to address access to cancer care in low- and middle-income countries and the use of biosimilars for cancer treatment.
