Jayasree K. Iyer to discuss the future of bNAbs in HIV prevention

Jayasree K. Iyer, CEO of the Access to Medicine Foundation, has been invited to share her expertise as a panelist in a webinar series organised by the IAS Governing Council and the HIVR4P 2024 Organizing Committee. Jayasree will delve into the landscape of HIV prevention research, focusing on the vital role of broadly neutralising antibodies (bNAbs).

In an exciting lead-up to the HIV Research for Prevention Conference (HIVR4P) 2024, Jayasree K. Iyer is set to take the virtual stage as a panelist in a webinar series hosted by the IAS Governing Council and the HIVR4P 2024 Organizing Committee. These webinars serve as a platform for distinguished experts like Jayasree to share insights and engage in impactful discussions surrounding the challenges in biomedical prevention. 

As Jayasree and fellow panelists join the virtual conversation, their contributions will help shed light on the future trajectory of HIV prevention research, while expanding the collective knowledge of groundbreaking strategies that have the potential to bring us closer to a world free from the burden of HIV. 

Drawing from her role as the CEO of the Foundation, Jayasree will also emphasise the importance of ensuring the availability and accessibility of biomedical prevention to people living in low- and middle-income countries, where HIV prevalence is most pronounced.
