Jayasree K. Iyer joins panel discussion at HLTH Europe 2025

Jayasree K. Iyer, CEO of the Access to Medicine Foundation, has been invited to speak at the HLTH Europe 2025 event. As a panelist, she will present key insights on inclusive clinical trials, equitable health products, and access challenges in marginalised communities in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

Date

17 June 2025

Location

Amsterdam, Netherlands

HLTH Europe is an annual event held in Amsterdam that brings together leaders from industry, government, and the investment community. Designed to spark innovation, foster collaboration, and break down barriers, the event aims to inspire dialogue and drive progress toward a stronger, more inclusive healthcare system.

One of the key sessions this year, “The inclusion paradox: Why inclusion is often excluded,” will explore how embedding equity from the outset can transform healthcare systems. The discussion will focus on integrating the needs of underserved populations at every stage, from research and development to access and delivery. As CEO of the Access to Medicine Foundation, Jayasree K. Iyer has been invited to participate in this session as a key panelist. She will present insights on inclusive clinical trials, equitable health products, and access challenges in marginalised communities in LMICs, drawn from the 2024 Access to Medicine Index. During the session, she will speak alongside:

  • Richard Stubbs, CEO, Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber

  • John Chinegwundoh, Trust Lead for Health Equity, Physician, Kingston & Richmond NHS Foundation Trust

About HLTH Europe

Building on the success of its inaugural 2024 event, HLTH Europe 2025 will bring together over 5,000 leaders and innovators from across the European healthcare landscape. This year’s event will serve as a platform where global expertise meets local insight to tackle Europe and the world’s most pressing healthcare challenges and seize emerging opportunities.
