Avanti Gupta joins EQ Investors: Annual Sustainability Summit 2024
Avanti Gupta, Investor Engagement Manager at the Access to Medicine Foundation, will speak on healthcare investment and engagement at the EQ Investors: Annual Sustainability Summit 2024, providing an opportunity to educate investors on how to use the Foundation’s resources to engage with pharmaceutical companies.

The EQ Investors: Annual Sustainability Summit 2024 will convene asset managers, sustainability leaders and representatives across industries to discuss challenges and opportunities in sustainable investing.
Now in its third year, the event provides a forum to share their successful examples and challenges in creating investment portfolios that align with sustainable development goals, including climate action, global health and other social issues.
During the “Healthcare – Demystifying pharma” section of the event, which will focus on opportunities within the health sector, speakers will include:

In her presentation, “Bringing light to leaders and laggards,” Avanti will share how investors can utilise the Foundation’s research and reports to deepen their understanding of complex access-to-medicine issues and improve their engagement with pharmaceutical companies.
She will also preview relevant insights from the 2024 Access to Medicine Index – set to be released the week following the event – which scores and ranks pharmaceutical companies on their performance on priority access-to-medicine metrics.
