Lena Schnitzler supports the Strategy Team at the Access to Medicine Foundation. She has completed a Master’s degree in Health Sciences from Amsterdam’s Vrije Universiteit, specialising in Prevention and Public Health. Lena also holds a Bachelor of Science in European Public Health from Maastricht University.
Before joining the Foundation, Lena researched the management of mental health conditions though Workers’ Compensation systems in Canada. Lena has also carried out research into patient-provider communication in oncology, working in collaboration with health scientists at the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney, Australia.
